Ethics Committee DGFT

The DGfT Ethics Committee was established in 2022 and has been active in its current constellation since 2023. The Ethics Committee consists of 4 members who are passionate about ethical issues in the field of drama therapy.

The basic attitude is characterized by openness, transparency and fundamental respect for data protection. The vision is to facilitate a dialog through clear and concrete communication that leads to the development of ethically responsible solutions. When providing advice, particular emphasis is placed on creating an empathetic and non-violent space in which all perspectives are respected.

The work of the Ethics Committee aims to thoroughly analyze ethical issues, weigh up possible implications and make recommendations based on deep moral reflection. Requests to the Ethics Committee can be sent to ethikbeirat@dgft.de with the request for a selected contact person. The Ethics Committee will contact you within one week.
